Now Hiring - Counter Sales - HVAC in Union, NJ

E.P. Homiek Sheet Metal & HVAC Supply is seeking a highly-experienced HVAC Counter Associate / Inside Salesperson at our busy and thriving Union, New Jersey location.

Bilingual Spanish/English candidates strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process customer orders and quotations for HVAC supplies and equipment
• Provide in-person and telephone customer service
• Computer order entry and tracking
• Establish and cultivate customer relationships
• Identify parts and equipment and answer product-related questions and inquiries
• Monitor inventory
• Stock counter area

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC counter sales experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
• HVAC field experience is a very strong plus
• Knowledge of HVAC parts and terminology
• Excellent communication and customer skills
• Must be computer proficient; DDI Inform experience a strong plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
